In an environment where precision fuels performance and every forecast shapes the future, a leading manufacturing business based in Rosslyn (Pretoria North) is looking for a Newly Qualified CA(SA) to step into a high-impact Accountant role.
This is a career-defining opportunity for a young CA who wants real exposure across the full finance function - from cost and management accounting to reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and tax. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, gain hands-on operational exposure, and build a solid commercial foundation in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
If you’re ambitious, analytically strong, and ready to move beyond theory into real-world commercial finance, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare management accounts, forecasts, and budgets
Support statutory reporting and tax compliance
Perform cost and management accounting within a manufacturing environment
Drive financial analysis to support business performance
Assist with full finance function from GL through to financial statements
Support continuous improvement across reporting and financial controls

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Newly Qualified CA(SA)
Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
Exposure to cost and management accounting
Strong reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and tax knowledge
Solid Excel skills and strong financial systems understanding
Analytical, driven, and commercially curious mindset
