POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
Our client is a fast-paced manufacturing operation, and they are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Accountant to ensure accurate financial reporting, support cost accounting activities, and drive financial integrity across the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare full Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Compile audit packs and liaise with external auditors
Report to external stakeholders
Maintain fixed assets register and manage asset accounting

VAT calculation, submission, and reconciliations

Assist with or prepare budgets and forecasts independently
Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g SAP, D365, S4/Hana)
Strong Excel and reporting skills

Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:

BCom Accounting

Experience:

Completed SAICA
Minimum 3 years post-articles commercial experience (essential)
