SUMMARY:
Take ownership of the reporting, compliance, and financial insights that keep a high-performing property portfolio operating at its best.

POSITION INFO:
Work with a leading property group with a strong market reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements for property portfolios
Manage monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Ensure IFRS compliance and adherence to tax regulations
Oversee VAT, income tax, and statutory compliance reporting
Reconcile rental income, recoveries, and property-related expenses
Liaise with auditors and manage year-end processes

Skills & Requirements:

BCom in Accounting / Finance
5+ years' experience (property industry highly advantageous)
Experience on ERP or property management systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple portfolios and meet strict deadlines
