SUMMARY:
Opportunities for an Accountant

POSITION INFO:
A well-established property company with almost 30 years of success in the South African market is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their finance team. The organisation has built a strong reputation within the property sector and offers the opportunity to be part of a stable and growing business environment.
This role will suit a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Duties:

Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Maintain the general ledger
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Intercompany transactions

Education and experience:

BCom Accounting with SAICA, SAIPA or CIMA
3–5 years’ relevant financial accounting experience
