POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Descriptions
A well-established organisation within the manufacturing and retail space is currently looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on tax and reporting, while also gaining exposure to team management and operational finance functions.

Duties:

Oversee and manage the full accounting function
Prepare and review financial reports and statements
Strong focus on tax compliance and reporting
Manage creditors, debtors, and general ledger processes
Handle reconciliations and month-end reporting
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Manage and support junior finance staff
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Qualifications & skills:

BCom Accounting required
SAICA or SAIPA qualification preferred
1–3 years post-articles experience
Experience within manufacturing or retail industry advantageous
Strong tax and reporting experience
Previous team management exposure beneficial
