POSITION INFO:
Join a well-established organisation within the logistics sector in Johannesburg, where finance plays a critical role in supporting operations, managing costs, and driving performance across the supply chain. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to transition from a technical foundation into a more commercial, operational finance role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reports
Manage the general ledger, journals, and reconciliations
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Accounting
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles (essential)

Experience:

2 years post-articles experience in a Financial Accountant
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or high-volume environments advantageous
