The Role
Reporting directly to a hands-on CFO / Head of Finance, you’ll take ownership of accounting across a high-volume, complex crypto environment. This includes managing digital asset transactions, performing detailed reconciliations, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in a business that moves quickly.

What You Need to Have

• Strong accounting foundation (CA(SA) highly advantageous
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)
• Experience handling complex reconciliations and large data sets
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Crypto experience advantageous, but not essential (training provided for strong candidates)
• Driven, curious, and quick-thinking
