POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:

You’ll form part of a professional finance team responsible for overseeing financial reporting, month-end processes, reconciliations, and operational finance support. This role is ideal for a Financial Accountant who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys working closely with both finance and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger reviews
Process journals, accruals, and provisions
Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, and statutory requirements
Assist with Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and audit preparation
Perform variance analysis and provide reporting insights to management
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Work closely with operational teams to improve financial controls and reporting accuracy

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role
Experience within the automotive, manufacturing, or distribution industry advantageous
