Key Responsibilities

Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Managing general ledger reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
Processing and reviewing journals and month-end adjustments
Assisting with Annual Financial Statements preparation
Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensuring compliance with financial policies and accounting standards
Assisting with audit preparation and external stakeholder queries
Identifying opportunities to strengthen financial controls and reporting processes

Job Experience and Skills Required

BCom Accounting / Finance
Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles
CIMA studies or qualification advantageous
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Experience preparing management accounts and reconciliations
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability
