POSITION INFO:
Join a leading property company in Gauteng, known for managing a diverse and high-performing portfolio. This role is ideal for a technically strong and ambitious finance professional looking to build depth in property accounting and commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Manage the general ledger, journals, and reconciliations
Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Account for rental income, lease agreements, and property-related transactions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
Maintain fixed asset registers and capex reporting
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with IFRS standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Accounting
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential)

Experience:

2 years post-articles experience in Accounting (essential)
Property or real estate industry experience advantageous

Skills:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Solid understanding of financial reporting and IFRS
ERP system experience advantageous
