A well-established and fast-paced organisation within the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join its high-performing finance team.

Duties

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Manage fixed assets, accruals and journal entries
Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls
Support internal and external audit processes
Oversee VAT and tax calculations and submissions
Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles
Deliver meaningful financial analysis and insights

Skills & Experience:

BCom in Accounting or related field (essential)
Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (advantageous)
Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in a Financial Accountant role
Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG environments (advantageous)
