POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Perform month-end and year-end close processes. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Ensure VAT, PAYE and statutory compliance. Support internal and external audit processes. Analyse financial information and provide meaningful business insights. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls. Partner with operational teams to support business performance. Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance. Completed SAIPA or SAICA Articles will be advantageous. 3+ years' commercial accounting experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience on ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Oracle, Pastel, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
