POSITION INFO:
Are you a detail-driven Financial Accountant looking to take your career to the next level within the dynamic mining industry? Our client, a well-established and reputable mining organisation, is seeking a skilled finance professional to play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and strategic reporting across their operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and innovative environment where your expertise will directly contribute to operational success and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage month-end and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation, and statutory requirements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial integrity Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Assist with internal and external audit processes Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and business support Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Completed SAICA\/ SAIPA Articles 3 - 5 years post-article experience Experience within mining, industrial, manufacturing, or multinational environments advantageous Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems experience Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Apply now!
