POSITION INFO:
Duties: Managing the costing function from raw material procurement through to finished goods. Preparing and analysing product costs to ensure accurate inventory valuation and profitability reporting. Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Performing cost variance analysis and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation. Assisting with month-end reporting, reconciliations, and management accounts. Supporting the full accounting function and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Partnering with production and operational teams to improve efficiencies and cost control. Maintaining strong financial controls and contributing to continuous process improvements. Job Experience & Skills Required: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Studying towards CIMA will be highly advantageous. Minimum of 4 years' experience in finance within a manufacturing environment. Strong costing experience is essential. Proven experience managing costing from raw materials through to finished products. Solid understanding of Zero-Based Costing principles and methodologies. SAP experience will be advantageous. Willingness to perform both costing and broader accounting responsibilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Apply now!
