POSITION INFO:
An established and fast-paced organisation within the telecommunications sector is looking for a qualified CA(SA) to strengthen its finance team. Midrand-based with a professional and supportive working environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger. Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Support external and internal audit processes. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements. Drive continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting processes. Job Experience and Skills Required Education CA(SA) qualification is non-negotiable. Experience Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience as a Financial Accountant. Telecommunications industry experience is essential. Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience. Experience preparing annual financial statements and managing month-end reporting. Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong ERP system experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
