POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Manage the full finance function across multiple entities within the group Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed reporting and analysis Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial close processes Prepare annual financial statements and coordinate external audit requirements Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and statutory requirements Manage VAT, PAYE, income tax, and other regulatory submissions Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Monitor daily and monthly cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirements Provide financial insights and performance analysis to support management decision-making Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Drive automation, digitisation, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the business Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years Financial Management experience. Previous experience within an SME, group, or multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with ERP\/accounting systems such as Sage Intacct or similar Experience with financial statement drafting software. Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
