Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reporting Manage monthly accounting processes and reconciliations Monitor property-related income and expenditure Analyse financial results and investigate variances Support budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) Minimum 3 years' relevant Financial Accounting experience Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience Proficient Microsoft Excel and accounting systems knowledge Apply now!
