Are you a Financial Accountant looking for a role that offers real operational exposure, commercial involvement, and the opportunity to work within a large-scale heavy manufacturing environment? Not every finance role gives you exposure to an operation where production, engineering, and performance go hand in hand. This opportunity places you at the centre of a high-volume manufacturing business where finance partners closely with operations to drive efficiency, profitability, and strategic growth. Working alongside operational leaders and key stakeholders, you'll gain valuable exposure to costing, production performance, inventory management, and commercial decision-making while taking ownership of the full finance function. This is where finance meets the factory floor, and where your insights help shape business outcomes. As the successful incumbent, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes. Analyse costs, variances, and operational performance. Partner with operational teams and provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions. Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles. Minimum 3-5 years post-article experience. Strong understanding of financial reporting, costing, and business performance analysis.
