A leading provider of tailored risk solutions is looking for a Chartered Accountant CA (SA) who has a passion for technical accounting to join their team as a Financial Accountant.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with IFRS 17 as well as preparing the annual financial statements for the concern. The successful candidate will also be responsible for group reporting, tax, and VAT.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 2-3 years’ post article experience
Experience in the financial services or insurance industries is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of IFRS 17
Strong technical accounting skills
