A well know services company is seeking for an Financial Accountant to form part of their central team.

Description:

My client has an extensive footprint across South-Africa with multiple branches across the country. They are a brand that is trusted among their clients.

As leading company within their niche they are looking for someone to form part of their growing and stable finance team. As a Financial Accountant you will have the opportunity to learn new skills and take on challenges every day this is not just a typical role it is a career.

I’m calling on all the immediately/two week notice period candidates as this rule is contract based with the potential of becoming permanent.

Job & Company Description:

Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
Forecast costs and revenues
Manage tax payments
Organize internal audits
Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
Analyze financial trends
Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Reconciliation
Assisting different regions with services and administration
Working directly with different departments in the Head Office
Purchase orders
Approving year end

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bcom Degree with SAIPA/SAICA
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the same line
Excel Advanced as this will be tested during the interview
Immediatley/ Two Week notice candidates
