This insurance company that has been around for over 4 decades is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic team. They are leaders within the insurance industry and have a global footprint. This role will specifically be dealing with the management of long- and short-term projects.

If you have a passion for finance in the insurance industry and have great people management skills, this role is for you! The chosen incumbent will have the opportunity to be part of the 4 000 people across the globe who contribute daily to the success of the company.

Duties:

Monthly management packs
Budgeting and forecasting
Accountant payables and account receivables
Annual financial statements
Tax, Vat and SARS returns

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 5 years commercial experience

IFRS 17 experience is required
