SUMMARY:
A major entity within the mining and construction industry is currently seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3+ yearsÃ¢Â€Â™ experience in the construction, mining, or manufacturing space, to take up the role as a Group Financial Accountant.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)
3 – 5 years’ experience
Construction, Mining or Manufacturing experience
Consolidation’s experience
Hyperion and JDE ERP system experience (advantageous)

Performance Areas (Responsibilities):

Preparation of tax calculations, tax reconciliations and tax returns
Prepare group reporting templates and requirements
Review group monthly balance sheet recons and prepare reporting packs
Prepare review and submit monthly quarterly financial consolidated reports
Review monthly management accounts
Completion of annual statutory financial statements
Preparation and review of group budgets, forecasts and cashflow forecasts
Assist external auditors
