SUMMARY:
A well-known brand with offices in the Southern Suburbs is seeking a newly qualified CA(SA) to fulfill the role of Financial Accountant. You will report to the Financial Manager, interact with the South African and the international finance team, and work from home 2-3 times per week. POSITION INFO:

Oversee accounts payable department

Efficient and accurate financial reporting

Ensure that all transactions are recorded in line with group accounting policy and adopted financial reporting standards

Preparation of statutory financial and group reporting financial information, including quarterly forecasts

Compilation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Support to the Head of Finance & Finance Manager

Supervise the planning and running of audits

Providing financial accounting support to the tax department, and review of VAT returns
