JOB SUMMARY:
Lexdan is assisting a company in the Property Development sector with their search for a Financial Accountant.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

BCom Accounting/Financial Accounting &/or equivalent
SAIPA or SAICA [AGA (SA)] completed articles
3+ years post article experience
Property development and / or exposure to the hospitality industry
Experience working with Xero Accounting Software and Property Management Software

Responsibilities:

Ensure invoices and statements are timeously produced and sent to customers
Preparing and assisting with the review of VAT reconciliations and returns
Preparing for and assisting with annual audits and independent reviews
Preparation of monthly owners’ statements for distribution
Customer and supplier reconciliations
