JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, who is within the Manufacturing industry, is currently seeking to recruit a newly qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the available role of the Financial Accountant. Our client, who has been in operation for more than half a century and has touched the lives of each one of their customers, wants the successful incumbent to be responsible for (but not limited to) month end close process, monthly forecasting and annual planning process, review of contracts for commitment and contingencies disclosure, and inventory audit process. Duties:

Full finance function
Budgets and forecasts
Variance analysis
Reconciliations
Costing
Management accounts
Accounts receivable and accounts payable

Qualification and Experience:

Newly qualified CA(SA)
0 – 1 years post articles experience
Must have audit Manufacturing / FMCG clients

Skills:

Advanced Excel knowledge
