A producer and distributor of quality food, livestock and feed recipes is looking for a Financial Accountant CA(SA) in their Cape Town office (Southern Area).

Duties:

• Weekly Cash Flow Forecast Review
• Review and signoff cashbook recon
• PAYE (Monthly and Yearly)
• VAT recon and submit
• Provisional tax / Income tax / Deferred tax
• IFRS
• Balance sheet recons
• Adhoc journals
• Accounting review and corrections
• Inter-branch elimination
• Insurance cost allocation journals
• Creditor credit applications – review
• SARB Excon Applications
• Audit Fieldwork Supervision
• Payroll recons (IS & BS)
• Staff supervision

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications

• Matric
• BCom Accounting Honours CTA
• Qualified CA(SA)
• Sage Evolution exposure is a bonus

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles
• 2/3 Years Post experience in a similar role
• Manufacturing / FMCG experience is huge benefit
• Good understanding of Debtors/ Creditors and Inventory.
