JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial Accountant: Engineering Machine Shop environment – Benoni Apex –

Adhering to strict monthly financial deadlines; Compiling of Financial Statements monthly which includes Income Statement & Balance Sheet

Managing Petty Cash, Creditors, and Debtors, Credit Control including Monthly Reconciliations; Compile and Maintain Fixed Asset Register Compiling/Reviewing of Monthly Suppliers Reconciliations, Compiling/Reviewing of Supplier Payments within Monthly Forecast; Generating of invoices and credit notes and balancing of monthly sales, Sign off on Monthly Payroll, reporting to the Managing Director and working with Auditors

Compiling/reviewing of monthly audit file. Perpetrating of all financial data (Creditors, debtors, journals, Asset registers, Monthly internal audit files, stock files) and conforming to yearly financial requirements for external audit Creating and compiling of Trading accounts for different commodities Creating excel reporting formats
