POSITION INFO:

South Africa''s #1 Property Investment company is looking to an experienced Financial Accountant to join their growing team within the accounts department.Â

Take responsibility for the full accounting function of 4 companies within the IGrow Group, including but not limited to:

Processing of all monthly accounts to Trial Balance
Preparing the necessary reconciliations on all accounts
Preparation of all monthly VAT returns where applicable
Debtors and Creditors Control
Bank Control
Management accounts preparation, budget review
Monthly/ Bi-Monthly Monthly/ Yearly statutory returns
Preparation of annual income tax and provisional tax calculations
Preparation of audit files for annual audits
Work with and liaise with auditors regarding the Annual Financial Statements

Requirements:Â

BCom Finance Degree or similar
3-5 years experience within similar role
Completed SAIPA / CIMA articles (advantageous)
Advanced Excel/Smartsheets skills
Attention to detail
Computer literate (MS Office, Xero, NetCash, Caseware)
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Afrikaans and English
Ability to prioritize
Deadline driven
Can do attitude
Self-motivated and well organised
Ability to perform under pressure
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Planning, coordinating and prioritizing
Valid driverâ€™s license and own vehicle
