Financial Accountant (Newly qualified CA)

POSITION INFO:

Our client is a large, successful organisation with various entities, based in Johannesburg with operations in southern and central Africa

Remuneration:

Total Cost to Company – R600k to R800k per annum, depending on experience

Position Overview:

This is a Group role, reporting to the Group Financial Accountant and offers tremendous growth opportunities for a newly qualified CA that has completed articles. The successful candidate will be involved all facets pertaining to a position of this nature including, monthly reporting, financial statement preparation and special projects.

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes Required:

Minimum qualification – Chartered Accountant CA (SA)
Must’ve completed articles
One- or two-years’ post articles experience is a recommendation, but not essential
Must have strong technical skills, a technical orientation and be willing to develop in this area
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skills
Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile
