SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-oriented Financial Officer with experience in accounting, debtors, and creditors administration?

Our client in Paarl is seeking a finance professional to manage daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions in line with Head Office requirements.

Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS Matric, or related qualification. Additional qualifications will be advantageous Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a financial administration or accounting role Proven experience in debtors and creditors administration Knowledge of accounting software Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English Professional and tactful approach to challenging customer interactions Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) Team player DUTIES Perform daily, weekly, and monthly accounting functions in line with Head Office requirements Manage debtors and creditors, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations Follow up on outstanding accounts and handle debt collection professionally Process supplier payments and maintain accurate financial records Assist with monthly reporting, account reconciliations, and audits Reconcile bank accounts and investigate financial discrepancies Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on financial matters Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls Provide general administrative support to the finance department Contribute to team objectives and continuous process improvement Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
