ð Sandton, Gauteng ð° R600,000 – R650,000 per annum
A well-established and growing Telecommunications company based in Sandton is looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Lead / Finance Supervisor to join their finance team. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving financial excellence, process improvement, and team performance.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end and year-end close processes Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to support business decisions Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation, and internal controls Manage audit requirements and liaise with external auditors Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies within the finance function Support senior management with financial planning and strategic initiatives Minimum Requirements BCom Accounting, Finance, or related qualification 5+ years' experience in a finance role, with supervisory or team leadership exposure Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing the full finance function Strong understanding of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls Advanced Excel skills Experience within Telecommunications, Technology, ICT, or a fast-paced commercial environment will be highly advantageous Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for driving financial performance.
