Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team in Pretoria

POSITION INFO:
Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Administrator
Salary: R17 000 – R20 000.00 per month, negotiable depending on experience
A well-established company in the agricultural sector is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to join their Pretoria East office. The ideal candidate will be strong on Pastel and capable of handling both financial and general office administration in a fast-paced environment.
Office-based
Monday-Friday: 07:30 – 17:00

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Pastel Accounting (essential)
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Invoicing, quotations, and wage administration
General office administration
Own reliable vehicle and driver’s license

Duties will be, but are not limited to:

Processing and reconciling transactions on Pastel
Preparing and issuing quotations, proformas, and invoices
Handling wages
General office administration duties
Supporting management with ad hoc administrative and financial functions
