SUMMARY:
Our client in the Agricultural industry is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team in Pretoria East.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a finance administrator position
Checking quotations, order inquiries, and invoicing
Order verification (Documentation)
Facilitate raw material purchases according to planning
Monitor sales and stock figures per order
Stock counts; ensure that these are recorded and handle discrepancies together with depot managers
Facilitate physical stock counts in Pretoria at the factory
Assist with general purchasing and office tasks
