SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Financial Assistant / Bookkeeper with at least 5 years experience to join their team. This role is ideal for a mature, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently in a dynamic, hands-on environment

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: At least 5 years' relevant work experience in a finance administration role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and take initiative Good organisational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant accounting software Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Somerset West \/ Strand\/ Gordons Bay \/ Grabouw Personal Attributes: Mature, confident, and resilient Able to work effectively in a busy, non-corporate environment Comfortable interacting with a variety of people and personalities Assertive, professional, and able to maintain boundaries when required Duties will include, but not limited to: Bank reconciliations Loading and processing payments Completing and managing financial and administrative documentation General bookkeeping and financial administration Providing administrative support as required Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:45 Every second Saturday: 08:00 - 12:30 In return a competitive salary is on offer and Preference will be given to candidates residing in the Somerset West or Strand area
