SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for 2X Financial Administrators in the Finance Division - Support based in Head Office – Centurion

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:
Prepare and consolidate financial reports, including maintaining, updating, and compiling Group Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Prepare and review petty cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Perform monthly stock uploads and validate inventory-related transactions. Compile and contribute to Executive Committee (Exco) monthly reporting packs. Raise and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Create and maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts in accordance with financial reporting requirements. Load and process supplier and other approved payments through the banking system. Raise requisitions and ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval processes. Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial records. Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting requirements. Support the integrity of financial data through regular reconciliations and review processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial information and reporting. Preferred qualifications\/attributes\/skills: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification; BCom Degree in Finance, Accounting; Financial Reporting & Consolidation Balance Sheet Reconciliations General Ledger Management Accounts Payable Processing Month-End Close Procedures Inventory Accounting Treasury & Payment Processing Financial Controls & Compliance Attention to Detail Stakeholder Collaboration and Support Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record; Employment consideration will be in accordance with the Employment Equity Act requirements Should you not hear from us within 14 days after closing date, your application should be considered unsuccessful
