SUMMARY:
A leading manufacturer of plastic homeware products in South Africa is looking to appoint a suitable and energetic Financial Administrator to be based in Brackenfell, Cape Town. This role will suit an experienced Financial Administrator who understands the dynamics within a manufacturing environment.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Process all debtors and creditors related transactions, including invoices and payment receipts,
Perform month-end procedures,
Maintain and create account profiles when required,
Assist with cash up and banking,
Process and reconcile petty cash claims,
Monthly cash float checks,
Assist with bank reconciliations.
Participate in stocktakes and the administration related to it

Requirements:

3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
Grade 12
Own reliable Car and driver’s license NOT Negotiable
Computer Literate
Experience working on Pastel

REMUNERATION:

R12 000 – R15 000 per month
