Financial Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive sector seeks to employ a Financial Administrator to join their Finance Department.

POSITION INFO:

- Raise debtor''s invoices on the system

- Prepare pricing recons for quartely changes

- Prepare debtors reports and age analysis

- Calculate bad debt revision

- Folllowing up and resolve related queries

- Administration of AIS claims and and APDP for review by the Financial Accountant

- Assist with monthly stock take

- Maintenance of Capex register (PPE)

- Various ad-hoc finance duties

Requirements:

- A tertiary qualification in the field of finance (Ndip or Btech)

- At least 5 years'' experience in working in a Financial background, performing Debtors Clerk duties

- Practical SAP knowledge and experience

- Knowledge in APDP or AIS advantageous

- Knowledge of Reserve Bank requirements on foreign payments will also be an advantage
