SUMMARY:
Half Day Financial Administrator – Pietermaritzburg

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a detail-attentive person to maintain the administrative duties for their company

Responsibilities:

  • Basic bookkeeping duties
  • Capturing leave, timesheets and overtime
  • Assisting with reconciliation of accounts
  • Managing delivery notes
  • Filing and archiving
  • Maintaining spreadsheets
  • PA duties to the Financial Manager
  • Ad hoc administration

 
Essential Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Pastel and Excel
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high admin volume role
  • High attention to detail
  • Presentable, versatile and willing
  • Honest, reliable and hardworking
