JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in PMB is looking for a detailed-orientated Financial Administrator who will be contributing to the daily financial running of
the company via maintenance of general ledger, management of full creditors function, and implementing best
practice in financial administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Financial Administrator

Location: Pietermaritzburg, KZN

Minimum Requirements:

Education
  • Matric with Accountancy
  • Diploma/Degree in Bookkeeping or Financial Management

Skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Excellent MS Office – Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Experience of JD Edwards or an ERP system advantageous.
  • Attention to detail
Experience
  • At least 2 - 3 years working experience in a bookkeeper role or in a finance department in a supervisory role.
General

  • Expected to meet deadlines
  • Expected to work overtime as required
