JOB DESCRIPTION:

FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR / MONTAGUE GARDENS CAPE TOWN - Our Client in the FMCG Environment is looking for a Financial Administrator with strong skills and experience of Debtors and Stock Management.

Requirements that need to be met for this position:

Matric/Grade 12

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Financial admin. role within the FMCG environment.

Strong Management experience - a team leader and strong motivator

Strong Debtor and creditor experience

Strong Stock Management experience

Exceptional organizational skills

Able to work under pressure as well as assist admin staff working below you

Responsibilities:

Management of all debtors (credit limits, payment terms, Age analysis, Credit application forms)

Management of stock  investigation and adjustments

Daily banking checklist

Checking and authorising all credit notes

Check stock adjustment book – investigate and resolve

Signing off on attendance registers

Check & Sign off Creditors for payment

Check & post the receipting of payments – bank statement

Occupational Health & Safety

Control & Filing of all company documents

Training of staff

Hiring and Discipline of staff

Leave application forms

Housekeeping and Staff Groceries

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
