SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established financial services provider, is seeking a qualified and compliant Financial Advisor to join their dynamic team in Secunda / Trichardt. The ideal candidate must meet all regulatory requirements, possess 120 FAIS credits, and have completed Class of Business (COB) training – with Long-Term Investments as a mandatory specialisation. Training will be provided and must be attended in person in Secunda / Trichardt. Proficiency in Afrikaans is essential for effective communication with the client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sound financial advice in line with regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses
- Offer tailored financial solutions including investment, risk, and savings products
- Adhere to FAIS and FICA compliance standards
- Achieve sales and performance targets
- Attend training sessions and workshops in Secunda
- Submit accurate documentation and maintain proper records
- Provide after-sales service and ongoing financial guidance to clients
Qualifications and Skills:- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- 120 FAIS credits – required
- RE5 Certificate – required
- Class of Business (COB) certification – required
- Must have COB in Long-Term Investments
- NQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning – advantageous
Skills:- Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills
- Excellent Afrikaans communication skills (spoken and written) – essential
- Business development and networking ability
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
Experience:- Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar financial advisor or sales role
- Proven track record in long-term investment product sales
- Experience working within a regulated financial environment
