SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a professional and driven Financial Adviser to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clients with expert financial advice and solutions to help them protect, grow, and preserve their wealth. This role requires a strong client focus, ethical standards, and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to clients.
• Develop tailored strategies for investments, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring ongoing service excellence.
• Conduct financial needs analyses to identify client requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, financial products, and legislative changes.
• Manage client portfolios effectively, reviewing and adjusting plans to meet evolving needs.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead-generation initiatives.

• Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification in financial services (essential).
• Successfully completed RE5 Regulatory Examination.
• FAIS compliant and must meet the Fit & Proper criteria.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in the insurance, investments, or financial planning industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and a client-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to financial planning tools is advantageous.
