POSITION INFO:
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing, performance-driven environment and wants to build a sustainable, long-term career in financial advisory.

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for providing holistic financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through strategic planning and product solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships while growing your client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients
Identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Grow and manage your own client portfolio
Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment with financial goals
Stay up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory requirements
Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Finance, Investments, or a related field
RE5 (essential)
FAIS-compliant (advantageous)
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a financial advisory or sales role
Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management

Key Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results
High levels of integrity and professionalism
Ability to build trust and influence clients
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
