Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients
• Identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio
• Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment with financial goals
• Stay up to date with market trends, products, and regulatory requirements
• Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards

• Relevant qualification in Finance, Investments, or a related field
• RE5 (essential)
• FAIS-compliant (advantageous)
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in a financial advisory or sales role
• Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results
• High levels of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to build trust and influence clients
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
