SUMMARY:
Job Description:
The EE Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s financial operations, data analysis, and reporting functions. This position involves analysing financial data, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting management with insights that drive strategic decisions. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical professional with a passion for finance and data-driven problem-solving.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, B Compt, or related field
Data Analytics background
CA(SA) – Advantageous

Skills & Competencies:

Tech-savvy and analytical thinker
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Performance-driven, self-starter with leadership ability
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
Skilled in planning, organisation, and managing change

Experience:

1–2 years in Financial Accounting or Data Analysis
Project Management experience
Proficient in MS Office; SQL & Power BI advantageous
Experience with Financial Information Systems
Valid driver’s licence & own vehicle
