SUMMARY:
We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join a high-performing team driving the development, financing, and execution of transformative projects. This is your opportunity to make an impact through strategic financial modeling, investment analysis, and transaction support.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of project economics—structuring debt and equity financing, supporting capital initiatives, and collaborating with developers and engineers to bring innovative projects to life.

POSITION INFO:

Monitor and forecast cash positions across entities and project vehicles
Engage with banks on treasury products, FX, guarantees, and letters of credit
Assist in negotiating banking facilities and project finance structures
Build and refine project finance models to assess returns, funding needs, and sensitivities
Run scenario and risk analyses on tariffs, capex, and financing structures
Ensure models align with project documentation and agreements
Maintain a project database and update models post-financial close
Support structuring and negotiating debt/equity deals and financial due diligence
Prepare financial content for committees, lenders, and bid submissions
Analyse market trends, project costs, and energy pricing benchmarks
Track financial performance of assets and portfolio-level reporting
Monitor compliance with funding covenants and assist with budgeting and forecasts
Contribute to M&A analysis, valuations, and capital raising initiatives

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally in project-based or investment environments
Advanced Excel skills (including macros and modelling)
Strong understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and investment principles
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Professional qualification (e.g., CA) is a plus
