  The Role:

  Essential Functions:

  • Ownership of all Opco, Exco and Board reports and analysis for the Go-to-Market teams.
  • Custodian and steward of data sources and marts for client reporting continually improving quality and integrity of data.
  • Interface with sales and CRM and Finance teams to ensure aligned quality and data governance
  • Proactive development of new analytics and reports to understand client trends and sales performance.
  • Proposal of corrective action in response to emerging client data trends.
  • Rolling out the use of Power BI to users in the iOCO Go-to-Market franchise for management insights.
  • Development of reports for financial forecasting (forward load, pipeline and gap to close)
  • Design and roll-out of business reports, templates and models as requested by the Cluster Executive: Go-to-Market.
  • Engage and work with technical teams to implement new data capture and data source requirements.
  • Working with the Strategy teams on Marketshare analysis
  • Working on new system implementations to design adequate data model structures for future analysis
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

  Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects

  Skills and Experience:

  Qualifications:

  • BSc or BComm in Information Science, CIMA or CFA, or combination of these will be advantageous

  Experience required:

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Function related experience: 3-5 years post qualification experience
  • Experience data design, data manipulation and data source preparation
  • Experience with PowerBI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau or other leading visualisation tools
  • Strong spreadsheet pivot analysis and charting skills
  • Project experience: >3years
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced data skills.
  • Excellent documentation, report writing and presentation skills
