POSITION INFO:
A leading JSE listed property group is seeking a dynamic and analytical Financial Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. This organisation has built a strong reputation within the South African property sector and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to gain exposure to strategic reporting, financial modelling, and Board-level insights within a listed environment.

Duties:

• Financial reporting.
• Forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare internal management reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Compile monthly management packs and Board Committee reports.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making.

• BCom Accounting minimum
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is preferred
