SUMMARY:
A leading multinational mining group is seeking a newly qualified CA(SA) to join their high-performing finance team as a Financial Analyst.

ð¼ Key Responsibilities:

Partner with African operations to deliver strategic financial insights and reporting.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support investment decisions and operational improvements.
Prepare monthly management packs, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Support M&A and capital project evaluations across African jurisdictions.
Travel frequently to African sites (up to 50%) to collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders.

â Requirements:

CA(SA) – recently qualified or up to 1 year post-articles.
Matric with distinctions (academic excellence is non-negotiable).
Strong interpersonal skills – well spoken, confident, and professional.
Willingness and enthusiasm for frequent travel into Africa.
Previous exposure to mining or industrial sectors (advantageous but not essential).
