About the Role:
Our esteemed legal client based in Ruimsig is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to manage day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial systems, particularly QuickBooks, and be comfortable with administrative duties in a professional office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Filing and document management
Invoicing and generating quotes
Payment allocations and reconciliations
Licensing payments and tracking
General office administration
Capturing data and managing records in QuickBooks
Assisting with month-end reports and financial documentation

Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a financial/admin support role
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
Experience working in or with legal firms is a bonus
Must be able to work in a high-pressured environment
